Why donate to Field of Dogs?
- Donations are our only funding source
- Your donations pay for
- Poop bags (our bags are on the fence all around the park, supplementing the dispenser next to the “bear box”)
Garbage service(this now provided by Marin County Parks, thank you!)- Liability insurance
- New water bowls because ours keep disappearing; with $2,000+ in donations, we could buy a dog drinking fountain
- New benches to replace the many that have fallen apart recently
- Gravel to prevent mud bogs
- Repairs, maintenance & improvements
- Weed mowing & tree trimming if weren’t done by volunteers
- Equipment such as lawn mower,
rakes & brooms, benches & tables, fencing - Web site fees, post office box, stamps
- Government filings & fees
